Looks like cotton webbing, but you can see in the last picture it’s been melted to stop fraying soooo, it’s manmade fiber. In excellent condition, no flaws. 31.5” on the very last hole. Oversized grommets all the way around, spaced about an inch apart. Super preppy and nautical.
