Huge palazzo legs and a fitted ribbed navy blue top with attached waist tie. Ruffle cap sleeves, full back zip. Very fitted on top but flows freely from the empire waist down. There is one pull in the rayon crepe fabric on the leg, one hand repair to the front of the top. Please see last pic. No tags.
