Off white waffle weave fabric top- and its very stretchy- shot through with thin gold lurex stripes. The bottom is navy blue rayon/acetate with a high belted waist, front pleats, full back zipper and generous pockets. Original belt included. Easy to dress up or down. No maker tag remains. In excellent vintage condition. No stains or holes.
